Purchasing a new home heating solution is a big deal for most families. But people struggled to distinguish between brands because they tended to only talk about generic features and benefits.

Fujitsu understood this, so they asked us to help them move towards a more service orientated value proposition. We did this by bringing Fujitsu’s highly trained installers to the fore to help answer some of the many common questions people have about installing a heat pump, and also to reassure potential customers that Fujitsu installers aren’t your typical cowboy ‘man in the van’ favoured by competitors.

The campaign is fronted by Stephen Fleming, New Zealand’s second longest brand ambassador
(after the Briscoes presenter).
